"Fourteen Karat" Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped medium fine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix together first 5 ingredients; in a separate bowl, beat next 3 ingredients until creamy.
    Mix all ingredients together well.
    Add carrots and nuts.
    Pour into well-greased and floured 9-inch tube pan or two 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
    Test after 50 minutes.
    Do not overbake.
    Tested should come out clean, but somewhat moist.
