Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 layer head lettuce, chopped and well drained (about 1/2 head)
    1 layer green onions, chopped
    1 layer celery, chopped
    1 box frozen peas, uncooked
    1 cup grated cheese
    1 cup mayonnaise
    1 cup plain yogurt
    2 tsp (or more) sugar
    1/2 tsp salt
    2/3 lb crisp bacon, chopped/crumbled
    cherry tomatoes
Preparation
    Layer the first five ingredients in order listed in a 2 quart flat casserole. Mix the mayonnaise, yogurt, sugar, and salt. Spread over top and seal edges. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Garnish with crumbled bacon and cherry tomato halves.
