Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 small onions
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    juice of 1 lemon
Preparation
    Grind eggs, onions, pecans and cheese.
    Mix in mayonnaise and juice.
    Will keep in refrigerator a couple of weeks.
