The Working Girl'S Crock-Pot Beef Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 finely chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in crock-pot before work.
    Turn on low. Simmer for 8 to 10 hours.
    When you come home, you can decide whether to serve on hamburger buns, in taco shells or add other ingredients and make a casserole dish out of it.
    Very versatile. Use your imagination!
    Serves 4 to 6.
