Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. chopped potatoes
2 c. water
4 c. sweet milk
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 c. shredded cabbage
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. basil
3 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. water
2 cans (15 oz.) Chef Boyardee Beefogetti *
Preparation
-
Saute onions and celery in margarine.
Add cabbage, basil, bouillon cubes and water.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add Beefogetti and simmer 10 minutes more.
Serves four to six.
