Italian Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 box soupettes
1 (20 oz.) chunk pineapple (save juice)
2 cans mandarin oranges (save juice)
1/2 jar maraschino cherries, cut in 1/2
12 oz. Cool Whip
3/4 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 eggs, beaten
1 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
-
Cook soupettes according to directions.
Rinse and cool.
In pan, bring to boil juices, sugar, flour, eggs, salt, cornstarch and lemon juice.
Make like gravy.
Mix in soupettes and refrigerate overnight.
