Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (No. 2) can pumpkin
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
1 1/2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 tsp. salt
1 box yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter
pecans
Preparation
-
Mix first six ingredients and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle box of yellow cake mix on top.
Pour melted butter over this.
Sprinkle pecans over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Check and cook longer if needed.
