Baked Country Ham - cooking recipe
Ingredients

                            1 uncooked country ham
                        
 
Preparation
- 
                            Saw off the hock end of the ham so that it will fit into a covered roasting pan.
 
Save
the
hock
to
use for seasoning vegetables.
Place the ham in
the
roasting pan and cover with water.
Bring to a boil.
Cover.
Remove
from the heat and let stand for several hours.
