All American Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. mayonnaise
1 yellow onion
3 stalks celery, small dice
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
salt and black pepper to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
3 lb. red skinned potatoes (about 8 average)
6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled and diced
Preparation

Day before, prepare the dressing.
Combine the mayonnaise, onion, celery, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to develop.
