Cheesy Broccoli Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top (chicken flavor)
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears or fresh broccoli
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. milk
    1 chicken bouillon, crushed
    4 green onions and tops, sliced
    1 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Combine 1/4 cup butter, water and contents of stuffing mix seasoning packet in pan.
    Stir and bring to a boil.
    Remove from heat and add crumbs.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
    Stir mixture and spoon along both sides of a 2-quart baking dish.
    Arrange broccoli down center.
    Sprinkle with salt.
    Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in flour.
    Remove from heat, adding cream cheese.
    Stir until smooth. Add milk and bouillon.
    Return to heat and cook, stirring constantly.
    Add green onions.
    Spoon sauce over broccoli; sprinkle with cheese.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, until broccoli is tender.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
