Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 pt. buttermilk
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix milk, salt, pepper and eggs together.
    Pour over chicken and let set for 2 or 3 hours.
    Then roll in flour and fry about 30 minutes (15 minutes on each side).
