Potato Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 c. leftover mashed potatoes
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    milk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients with mashed potatoes.
    Add egg.
    Mix again.
    Add enough milk to make pancake consistency.
    (Mix will be lumpy.)
    Drop by tablespoon onto preheated pre-greased griddle. When served, may butter like regular pancakes.
