Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small onion, diced
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 to 3 Tbsp. butter
10 to 12 medium potatoes, diced
3 cans evaporated milk
2 c. milk
4 slices chopped up ham
Preparation
-
In large pan, saute onion and celery in butter.
Add remaining ingredients.
Cook on low heat until potatoes are cooked.
Stir frequently.
