Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans mixed vegetables (I prefer Del Monte)
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. shredded cheese (I use sharp)
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 to 1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
1 stick margarine
Preparation

Melt margarine and mix with stuffing.
Set aside.
Drain vegetables and chestnuts, reserving liquid.
Mix vegetables, chestnuts, onion, mayonnaise and cheese.
Add liquid as needed, approximately 1/2 cup.
Pour in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Cover with stuffing.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown, about 30 minutes.
