N. C. Cracker Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
20 Ritz crackers
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. coconut

Preparation

Beat egg whites until stiff.
Add sugar and baking powder. Beat until mixed.
Chop crackers and nuts.
Pour in egg white mixture and mix.
Put in greased pie plate. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.
