Cranberry Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. crushed cranberries
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 orange, sectioned and diced
1/2 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. allspice
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Combine cranberries and sugar and set aside.
Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.
Add cold water, lemon juice, cinnamon and allspice.
Chill until thickened.
Fold in cranberries, nuts and orange.
Put in a mold.
Chill 4 hours.
To unmold, place in hot water for a few seconds.
Shake slightly.
Place on chilled platter.
