Buttermilk Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. ketchup
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    flour
Preparation
    Mix ground beef and egg.
    Add remaining ingredients, except flour, in order listed (buttermilk, ketchup, salt, pepper, onions, bread crumbs, mustard and poultry seasoning); mix well.
    Form into loaf; place in baking pan.
    Rub small amount of flour on top of loaf.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes, or until done.
