Pineapple Millionaire Piegroves, Texas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. softened margarine
    1 large egg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 c. drained, crushed pineapple
    1/4 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 (8-inch) baked pie shells
Preparation
    Cream powdered sugar and margarine.
    Add egg, salt and vanilla.
    Mix until light and fluffy.
    Spoon mixture evenly into pie shells; cool.
    Whip cream until stiff, blend with pineapple and nuts.
    Spoon on top of egg mixture and chill thoroughly. Makes 2 pies.
