Chicken And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 c. cream of celery soup
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    3/4 stick butter or margarine, melted
    3/4 can water
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. regular rice (uncooked not Minute)
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients except paprika together.
    Lay chicken pieces on top.
    Sprinkle lightly with paprika and bake uncovered at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Remove from oven and cool 5 minutes.
