Chicken Upside-Down Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can chicken gravy
    1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained (1/2 c.)
    2 Tbsp. sliced pimiento-stuffed green olives
    dash of pepper
    2 (5 oz.) cans boned chicken, diced
    1 tsp. dried sage, crushed
    2 c. prepared biscuit mix
Preparation
    Reserve 2/3 cup gravy.
    In a saucepan, combine remaining gravy with mushrooms, olives and pepper; stir in chicken.
    Bring to boiling.
    Turn into shallow 8 or 9-inch round baking dish.
    Add sage to biscuit mix.
    Prepare biscuit dough according to package directions, but use the 2/3 cup reserved gravy for liquid.
