Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. apricot preserves (1 small jar)
1 (8 oz.) bottle Wish-Bone Russian dressing
1 envelope onion soup mix
bunch of chicken pieces

Preparation

Put chicken pieces in pan.
Combine preserves, dressing and soup mix in saucepan.
Simmer over low heat 5 minutes.
Stir.
Pour over chicken pieces.
(Can do this night before.)
Bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
