Carrot Vichyssoise - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large carrots
    2 medium potatoes
    1 to 2 leeks (white)
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 c. plain yogurt
    salt, pepper and chives
Preparation
    Peel and cut in several pieces the carrots and peel and cube potatoes.
    Blend first 3 ingredients, then put in pan with chicken stock.
    Boil gently for 1/2 hour.
