Stuffed Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 pieces skinned and boned chicken breasts (1 lb.)
4 slices each: cooked ham and Swiss cheese
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1/3 c. milk
1/4 c. sliced green onions
1/8 tsp. crushed thyme
oil
Preparation

Place a ham and cheese slice on each piece of chicken.
Roll up and secure with toothpicks.
In a heavy skillet, brown chicken on all sides in hot oil.
Spoon off fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and cover; simmer 10 minutes or until done.
