Salmon Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can Prelate salmon, drained, flaked and bones and skin removed
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. dried or fresh chives
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Place in refrigerator until of consistency to form into a ball.
    Roll in parsley.
