Rose Fitzgerald'S Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 lb. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    1 pt. sour cream
    2 tsp. vanilla
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 can cherry, strawberry or lemon pie filling
    1 (9-inch) pie crust (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add cream cheese and 1 cup of sugar.
    Beat until well blended.
    Put in 9-inch pie plate (pie crust if used) and bake 50 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Remove and cool for 1/2 hour.
