Spinach And Linguine Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. milk
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 tsp. dried onions
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
    4 oz. linguine, cooked and drained
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook spinach according to package directions; drain.
    Combine next 8 ingredients; mix well.
    Stir in spinach and linguine.
    Turn into a 10 x 6-inch baking dish or 10-inch pie plate.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes more.
    Serves 4 to 6.
