Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 Tbsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, coarsely grated
2 c. flour
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation

Beat eggs until frothy.
Add sugars, oil and vanilla.
Beat until lemon colored.
Add zucchini and dry ingredients.
Add 1 cup chopped nuts gradually.
Raisins may be added, but make sure
you mix them with flour or they will go to the bottom.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
Makes 2 loaves.
