Carameled Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 medium sized sweet potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. thin cream
Preparation

Cook and drain potatoes until tender, drain and cool.
Cut in half lengthwise and place in greased baking dish.
Mix salt, sugar and flour and pour over potatoes.
Dot with butter.
Add marshmallows and pour cream over everything.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
