Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
3/4 c. milk
Preparation

Sift together dry ingredients; mix in shortening like fine crumbs.
Set aside 3/4 cup crumbs.
Add eggs and milk; beat until smooth.
Put in 2-greased layer tins or oblong pan.
Sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 30 minutes or until done.
A good breakfast cake.
