Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. bag Fritos, crushed
    2 c. Cheddar, shredded
    15 oz. can chili (with beans)
    15 oz. can enchilada sauce
    1 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Set aside 1 cup crushed Fritos.
    Combine remaining Fritos with 1 1/2 cups cheese, chili, sauce and onion.
    Pour into an 11 x 7-inch or 12 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Spread sour cream over top, then cheese. Spread remaining corn chips around edges of pan only.
    Bake 10 minutes more.
