Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. lemon rind
Preparation
-
Cook first 4 ingredients over low heat, stirring constantly until mixture is clear (about 10 minutes).
Remove from heat; add lemon juice, rind and butter.
Blend well.
