Pork Chops Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lean pork chops (1-inch thick)
    salt to taste
    2 lemon slices
    2 thin onion slices
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. catsup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Trim excess fat from pork chops.
    Place chops in baking pan or dish; salt well.
    Top each chop with lemon slice and thin onion slice.
    Sprinkle with brown sugar.
    Pour catsup over the chops.
    Cover and bake 1 hour; uncover and bake 30 minutes longer, basting occasionally. Makes two servings.
