Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed onion soup
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 c. water
    dash of pepper
    1/2 tsp. mustard
    1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Mix well 1/3 cup soup, beef, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Shape into 6 oval patties; brown.
    Pour off excess fat. Add remaining soup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Gradually blend water into flour
    until smooth.
    Stir into soup mixture.
    Pour over patties; cover and cook on low 20 minutes.
