Amish Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

2 3/4 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. egg substitute
1 lb. pumpkin
3 1/2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt substitute
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
2/3 c. apple juice
Preparation

Mix sugar, oil and egg substitute together.
Add pumpkin.
Add dry ingredients, then add apple juice, stirring until just mixed. Pour batter into two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until it tests done.
The second loaf can be wrapped in foil and kept in freezer for a few weeks.
