Seafood Newburg - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. scallops or shrimp
1/4 c. minced onion
1/4 c. white wine
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. butter
1/4 c. Cheddar cheese
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
-
Saute first ingredients in frying pan for 15 minutes.
Cook second ingredients in double boiler until thick.
Mix together and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Serve over rice or pasta.
