Dill Pickle Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pot roast
    1 yellow onion, chopped
    3 dill pickles, chopped in large pieces
    1/2 c. mushrooms, sliced
    6 peppercorns
    2 to 4 bay leaves
    1/4 c. beef bouillon
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Brown meat well.
    Add all ingredients to pan.
    Bake for 3 1/2 hours at 250\u00b0.
    Add 1 cup sour cream to make gravy; cook another 1/2 hour.
    Can also be done in crock-pot; brown first.
    Serve with noodles.
