Stroganoff Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    3/4 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    2/3 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    2 c. chopped fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. dairy sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; all beef and mix.
    Place half in loaf shape in shallow baking pan.
    Make a well in center.
    Brown mushrooms and onion in butter or margarine.
    Stir in sour cream and remaining salt; spoon into well.
    Top with remaining meat; seal.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour; let stand for 5 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
