Henny Penny(Hot Chicken Salad) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked chicken, diced
2 c. celery, diced
1/2 c. toasted chopped almonds
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1/2 tsp. onion, grated
2 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. cheese, grated
1 c. potato chips, crushed
Preparation

Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips.
Place in buttered baking dish.
Sprinkle cheese on top; add crushed potato chips.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 or 30 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
