Kraut Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can drained kraut
1 c. diced onion
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. corn oil
1 c. diced bell pepper
1 small can pimento
Preparation

Mix kraut, onion, celery, bell pepper and pimento together. Mix sugar, vinegar and oil for dressing; pour over vegetables. Stir well and cover tightly.
Refrigerate.
(Keeps indefinitely.)
