Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 stick butter
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 can cooking sherry
    1 c. shirred almonds (both optional)
    1 pkg. instant dry rice
Preparation
    Mix rice with soup in baking pan.
    Place chicken breast on top.
    Pour rest of soup over chicken.
    Bake, covered, at 275\u00b0 for 2 1/4 hours minimum.
