Bacon Cheese Puffs(May Be Frozen Unbaked) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pieces bread, sliced thin
    12 slices bacon
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Trim crusts and cut each slice of bread into 4 squares. Butter lightly if you wish.
    Cut bacon slices in two (each 3-inch long). Lay one piece of bread in the center of each piece of bacon. Sprinkle amply with cheese.
    Roll up and secure with a toothpick.
    Place on rack in a shallow pan.
    Scatter on remaining cheese.
    Bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes until lightly browned. Serve immediately.
