Corn Casserole - Texas Style - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. milk
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (we like sharp)
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper and onions
1 (17 oz.) can creamed corn
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. crushed crackers
bacon
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and place in a greased 1-quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
Crumble bacon on the top with a few extra cracker crumbs the last 15 minutes.
