Strawberry Meringue Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    4 sponge cake dessert cups
    1 pt. strawberry ice cream
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
Preparation
    Beat
    egg
    whites
    and\tvanilla
    until soft peaks form. Gradually
    add sugar, beating to stiff peaks.
    Spread meringue on top
    and sides of each sponge cake.
    Place on baking sheet. Bake in\tvery
    hot
    oven
    (450\u00b0) for 5 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven; fill center of each cup with a scoop of ice cream.
    Spoon
    berries
    over ice cream.
    Makes 4 servings.
