Shrimp Turnovers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. cooked shrimp
    1 tsp. horseradish
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. chopped sweet pickle
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise or salad dressing
    1 pie crust stick (prepackaged)
    cream
Preparation
    Grind shrimp.
    Combine all ingredients except pastry stick and cream; blend into a paste.
    Prepare pastry stick as directed.
    Roll very thin and cut into 2-inch circles.
    Place 1 teaspoon of filling in center of each circle.
    Moisten edges with cold water; fold over and press edges together with fork.
    Prick tops and brush with cream.
    Bake in a hot oven, 475\u00b0, for approximately 12 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes about 48 turnovers.
