Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 small zucchini squash, sliced thin
2 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
flour
Parmesan cheese
Preparation
-
Mix small amount of flour, salt and pepper.
Roll zucchini slices in flour mixture.
Brown lightly on one side.
Turn and brown the other side.
Sprinkle with cheese.
