"Everything Nice" Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites, stiffly beaten
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. pecan halves
Preparation
    Combine stiffly beaten egg whites and vanilla. Combine sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon and mix well.
    Add to the egg whites and mix.
    Add pecan halves and gently stir in to coat each pecan half. Using a fork, individually remove pecan halves from egg white mixture and place on a greased baking sheet.
    Bake at 250 degrees for about 20 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Store in airtight container.
