Apple Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw apples, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. melted margarine or oil
1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. nuts, raisins or dates (as desired)
Preparation

Pour sugar, oil and eggs over chopped apples.
Mix and stir in dry ingredients, nuts and raisins.
Pour into a well-oiled 8 x 8-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tested done.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
