Sausage Stars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. cooked, crumbed ground pork
1 1/2 c. grated Monterey Jack cheese
1 can sliced ripe olives
1 pkg. fresh or frozen won ton wrappers (or egg roll wrappers)
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. prepared Hidden Valley Ranch salad dressing
vegetable oil
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blot cooked ground pork dry with paper towels. Combine with cheeses, salad dressing, olives and red pepper.
Lightly grease a mini muffin tin and press 1 wrapper that has been cut in quarters in each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes until golden.
Remove from tins and place on baking sheet. Fill each \"star\" with meat mixture. Bake 5 minutes until bubbly. Makes 4 to 5 dozen.
