Sausage-Skillet Supper - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Polish sausage or kielbasa
    3/4 c. Uncle Ben's converted rice
    1 can cream of celery soup
    3/4 c. water
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
    2 1/2 oz. can mushrooms
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
Preparation
    Cut sausage into chunks or slices.
    Combine with next 4 ingredients in large skillet.
    Cover; bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes.
    Stir in frozen peas and mushrooms. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
    Cover and simmer without lifting the lid for 20 minutes.
