Apple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. apples, chopped
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. pecans, chopped
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, beat the oil, sugar and eggs.
    Stir in the apples, vanilla and the combined dry ingredients.
    Mix in the nuts and pour into 2 greased loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour. Let stand about 10 minutes then remove from pans and cool on wire rack.
